I have spent more than 25 years building, scaling and transforming businesses across B2B technology, SaaS, AI, industrial technology, consulting and technology-enabled services.
For 17 years, I have operated at C-level and Managing Director level across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
My experience ranges from accelerating already successful businesses to situations where commercial performance first needs to be stabilised, organisations redesigned and commercial fundamentals rebuilt before sustainable growth can resume.

My strength is breadth rather than narrow functional specialisation. I connect strategy, commercial execution and leadership — understanding complex situations quickly, identifying the value creation levers that matter and translating them into action.
I have led international organisations of up to 300 people, negotiated complex enterprise business, managed transformation and turnaround situations, supported M&A and post-merger integration, and worked with founders, boards, shareholders and investors.
Having experienced investor-backed value creation from different perspectives, I understand that lasting change requires both shareholder ambition and management ownership.
